Emotional Alchemy Sessions
What if the feelings you’re trying to fight…are fighting for you?
What are your beliefs about fear?
What is your relationship to anger?
How often do you tap into your genuine joy?
Many people say fear should be avoided—that “it’s the opposite of love.”
But funnily enough, that’s exactly the kind of thing fear says when it’s afraid of itself.
Anger? It’s often framed as unevolved. Barbaric. A primitive response. But who hates anger more than someone who’s angry at anger?
So what would joy say about all this?
My guess is joy would delight in the thrill of fear, the fire of anger, and the bittersweet ache of sadness.
It might marvel at how these forces swirl inside us
My guess is that joy would delight in the thrill of fear, the fierceness of anger and the bittersweet appreciation inside sadness.
It would be in awe of the sheer power of all these emotions making love inside us, and find ways to allow them to be used constructively.
Most of us didn’t grow up in a culture that taught us to embrace our emotions. Let alone ask those emotions to fully embrace us.
Emotional Alchemy Sessions are a guided roleplay process that allows you to recontextualize feelings by forming a new relationship with them. (based on the principles from my book, Effortless).
This isn’t therapy. It’s not coaching. And it’s not “emotional processing”.
It’s a playful, disarming, and often hilarious roleplay that invites you to see your emotions in a different light and give them a more functional place in your life.
It’s part experimental theatre, part emotional aikido, part spiritual prank—and somehow, it works.
Instead of fighting the feeling, we begin to hear it, understand it, love it—and most surprisingly—experience being loved by it.
Not because we’re supposed to. But because it finally makes sense.
It’s not uncommon to arrive with a storm of emotional complaints… and leave with tears of laughter, feeling that—somehow—everything is okay.
Who Is This For?
- Are curious about unconventional inner exploration
- Have dabbled in parts work, IFS, or constellation work
- Have done some connection practices (like Authentic Relating or Circling)
- Secretly suspect that your emotions have more to say than “get rid of me”
These sessions are also a great match if you’re tired of trying to outsmart your feelings—and ready to out-love them instead.
Session Format
There are 2 ways in which you can use these sessions:
Option A: Single session.
You bring an emotion you’re struggling with around a particular situation or area of life
Option B: 5-feelings journey.
Rather than focusing on any specific situation, each session focuses on 1 core emotion. Sessions follow an order designed to start with the emotions people which are commonly on the “surface of the stuckness pile”, and progressing towards the ones that are more deeply buried.
Both can be booked below:
