Coaching

What can I help you with?

To be honest, that question is best answered by you. Most of the coaching methods I am trained in, guide you towards finding answers in yourself rather than just hearing them from me.

Because of that, they can help you with almost any (non-clinical) issue imaginable.

That said, if you’re looking for someone with experience relevant to your situation, the following are all topics I have 1000s of hours of practical & theoretical experience on (and in all cases, used to experience issues with, which I successfully resolved).

  • Anxiety
  • Authenticity
  • Brainstorming & strategy
  • Business / marketing
  • Communication
  • Connecting with yourself
  • Dating
  • Discipline / productivity
  • Emotions
  • Finding meaning / purpose
  • Finding your place in the world
  • Goals
  • Habits
  • Holistic Health
  • Lifestyle Design
  • Mindset
  • Relationships
  • Self-care & balance
  • Social Life / connecting to others
  • Spirituality & life philosophy

How can you work with me?

Step 1:

Fill in this intake form (takes 5 minutes) to let me know about your situation and what you want help with.

This will help determine whether your situation is a good match for the guidance I offer or not.

I only work with a few people at any given moment so that I can fully dedicate myself to them.

I do reply to every person who fills in the form.

Step 2:

We schedule an exploration call together, to determine which offer best suits your needs (coaching or mentoring? intensive or just a little?).

Step 3:

We continue working together until your desired outcome is achieved.

How I Work:

I offer coaching, mentorship and facilitation with a strong focus on authenticity, connection and truth.

I also work with 2 unique methods which I developed myself and have helped me thrive throughout life.

1. Inside-out Lifestyle Design

Most life coaches are firmly rooted in goals, habits and productivity. That’s all fine and dandy (and don’t worry, I can give you guidance on that if desired). But it can lead to a life that’s outwardly perfect, yet doesn’t fulfill you. Why? Because it’s like buying a plastic tree instead of growing a real one from the seed inside you. (Unfortunately, that sounded more inappropriate than it was intended.)

I’ve consistently found that when people create their life the other way around (starting with a deep exploration of yourself, and then outwardly expanding from that plice), the results are incredibly beautiful. And ironically, dreams become reality faster.

Because when your life is an authentic expression of who you are, you don’t have to force yourself to create it.

This doesn’t mean that we have to go all philosophical first before getting you results. The beauty of this method is that you can start at literally any place you want, there’s always a way to have it lead you to the core of who you are.

2. Truth Therapy

“Truth Therapy” isn’t actually a form of therapy. I just thought it was a catchy name 😉

But it’s been one of the most impactful methods I’ve ever used for personal growth.

Here’s a the gist of it:

We think we live in reality, but we actually live in a complex web of stories about reality. Stories and interpretations that feel so real, we may not even realize we’re in it.

In other words: We all live in illusions. Collective illusions, personal illusions, abstract illusions created by language. And to make it even more complex, none of us live in exactly the same illusion. Which hinders or communication.

“Truth Therapy” is the process of undressing layer after layer of illusion and actually learning to see reality as it actually is.

When we see reality as it is, we can deal with things as they are. Suddenly situations that you sued to turn into disaster, become smooth sailing.

When we see ourselves and the other as we are, and words for what they truly mean, we can communicate in ways that no longer hinder our connection.
